Fan coil units are mainly composed of centrifugal fans, coil heat exchangers, etc., and are the end devices of central air conditioning systems. They are widely used in air conditioning fields of multi room or large space industrial and civil buildings such as hotels, restaurants, factories, hospitals, exhibition halls, shopping malls, and office buildings to meet the requirements of cooling, dehumidification, heating, etc., and create a fresh, peaceful, and spring like working and living environment for people all year round.

The coil units are divided into two types: high-efficiency and standard; The standard fan coil unit can meet the various parameters required by the national standard, while the performance parameters of the high-efficiency fan coil unit are more than 20% better than the national standard requirements.
The FP-KM card type exposed four outlet fan coil unit can be ideally placed in the ceiling, combined with indoor decoration, with only the air outlet exposed outside the ceiling. The air outlet is beautiful, does not take up space, and is easy to maintain.
DC brushless fan coil unit
Using a brushless DC motor to achieve diversified control of high, medium, and low speed regulation, as well as stepless speed regulation.
1. The working speed range is wide, which can meet the speed requirements of various air volume modes.
2. As the motor speed decreases, the air volume also changes, which reduces energy consumption and achieves energy-saving effects.
Waterway control system
The two-way or three-way on/off type waterway control system includes electric actuators, valves, and related components. The control system is directly installed by the factory on the coil unit with an extended water tray, and achieves automatic indoor temperature adjustment by controlling the opening and closing of the cold or hot water system.
1. Easy to install, only need to connect the water pipe and power supply on site, and it can be put into use.
2. Compact design, fully utilizing the extended water tray space, without the need to change the size of the unit.

The fan coil unit adopts seamless copper tube series with funny double flanged aluminum ribs tightly integrated, with high heat transfer efficiency and abundant cold (heat) capacity. 1. Standard water tray - reduces the required installation position, especially suitable for places with limited installation space.
2. Extended water tray - can better catch valve leaks and condensed water.
Installation and usage instructions for fan coil units
1. The fan coil unit shall be installed on a horizontal plane, kept vertical and not tilted; When installing a horizontal unit, the four lifting points must be kept level to prevent one end of the condensate pipe from rising and causing condensate overflow.
2. Valves should be installed on the inlet and outlet water pipes for easy adjustment and maintenance, and attention must be paid to the cleanliness and insulation of the inlet and outlet water pipes. The plastic pipes for condensate water should not be biased or have dead bends to ensure smooth condensate water flow during use.
3. The three speed control switch of the unit should be turned on from the start, and then other levels should be selected. When multiple machines are shared, single machine control is necessary.
4. Power supply for the unit: The single-phase 220V ± 10%, 50Hz AC motor casing should be equipped with a grounding wire. If there are difficulties in starting the unit, it is necessary to check whether the power supply is normal and whether the wind turbine is in contact with the fan volute. When installing the unit, attention must be paid to not damaging the casing, heat exchanger fins, and fan to avoid affecting the appearance and performance.
5. The temperature of the cold water supplied by the unit in summer shall not be lower than 7 ℃, and the temperature of the hot water supplied in winter shall not be higher than 80 ℃. When using cold and hot water, softening treatment must be considered based on the local water quality.
6. The unit is allowed to use a pressure greater than 1.6MPa.
7. The filter should be regularly cleaned to maintain cleanliness and ensure good heat transfer.
8. After connecting the power supply, the fan should be started first to observe whether its rotation direction is correct.
9. If the unit is installed in a dark place, it should be equipped with maintenance doors for year-round maintenance.
10. The unit should cut off the power supply during maintenance.
